It’s time to celebrate!
Here at Norden Farm we are getting excited to Celebrate the Queens Platinum Jubilee. It’s not every day that you see a royal on the throne for 70 years!
To help celebrate this event we are holding the best decorated accommodation, along with the best costume competition.
To enter, please email us with your surname, booking reference and which competition you would like to enter. We have some great prizes up for grabs, so what are you waiting for?
Whilst visiting over the half term week, you will see we have embraced all things platinum jubilee. Lots of bunting all around the site, made by several of our lovely team. Great selection of gifts and treats in the shop, whether you’re celebrating or having a go at making the platinum jubilee trifle, come and see what we have on offer.
The lovely ‘Spotted Pig’ takeaway hut will be open daily, mornings 8am to 10.30am and evenings 5pm – 8pm. To help celebrate the Jubilee they will be serving delicious light lunches & cream teas all day on Friday 3rd & Saturday 4th June.
They will also be holding a Chinese night on Thursday 2nd June, a curry night on 3rd June and a hog roast on the evening of 4th June. They are also planning more Themed food evening throughout the summer holidays.
So, more time to relax and enjoy your stay.
New for this 2022 season.
We have been listening – Many customers have politely fed back to us that the children’s play area needed upgrading. We totally agreed and it has been a long time in the making (mainly due to COVID) but we are extremely pleased to say that the crew from Sovereign Playgrounds are here installing it ready for you to use in the coming days.
We are just making the final touches to our new freezer & fridge store. This is a new timber shed which is located next to the Spotted pig catering unit in the Pond field. This is predominately there for the use of those staying in our non-electric field, providing free use of fridge and freezer space for guests to use. More to follow there too….
And finally on the Campsite, in the coming weeks, we are expecting the arrival of some charging lockers. These will be located in the Pond Field facilities. Lockable laptop size charging lockers free to use.
At the Farm Shop, we have some exciting projects in the pipeline that we can’t wait to share with you. Currently, we still have a good selection of summer bedding, herbs, lovely looking perennials and great supply of compost. We are still offering our home delivery service every Tuesday for a small fee to the local area.
We have many new lines in stock in the shop and garden centre, on your next visit come on in and have a browse and give yourselves a treat along with your beloved pet.
