After a long day exploring the beautiful Isle of Purbeck, head back to Norden to take advantage of the wonderful facilities on offer.
There are two large facilities blocks on-site so wherever you stay you’ll never be far from one. Facilities include flush toilets, hot showers and private wash basins. Hair dryers and shaving plug-in points are provided. These facilities are free to use and do not require tokens.
The main facilities block is home to a family room. With a shower, bath and wash basin, bath time has never run so smoothly on a camping holiday!
The main facilities block has an adjoining laundry room with washing machines, tumble dryers, sinks and an iron for campers to make use of. Tokens for the washing machines and tumble dryers are available from the farm shop.
Both facilities blocks have an adjoining indoor washing up room, so gone are the days of washing your pots and pans outside in the dark and cold!
At the main facilities block, we have a disabled toilet and wet room which can be accessed by anyone who has a RADAR key.
The Farm Shop is wheelchair accessible.
Accessibility Guide
There are two areas for campers to dispose of grey water and elsan waste located near both facilities blocks. We also have a drive over point to make disposal as quick and easy as possible.
Head to our dedicated dog-walking field where you can let your dog run around off its lead.
After a long muddy walk, your pampered pup can enjoy a warm shower in our pooch parlour! The service is free to use and can be found behind the laundry room.
With numerous water points dotted around, you’ll never be far from one wherever you are on site. All points dispense drinking water and are always readily available to use.
We have a 15 laptop size locker facility which is located in the shed that houses the fridges and freezers – this can be found in the pond field. Better still, it’s free to use!
We have a limited number of electric cables available to hire from the farm shop. These allow connection from your unit to the electric supply during your stay. Please note – we do not have any main power units for tents available to hire. We only have standard cables for Motorhomes or caravans. Please click here for more information about using electricity on our site.
Stay connected at Norden Farm. Complimentary Wifi is available across all camping fields.
Norden Farm Shop has a regular stock of Calor and Camping Gaz gas canisters. Campers are able to exchange like-for-like bottles at competitive prices.
Non-electric camping at Norden doesn’t have to interrupt your meal plans. We have a fridge and freezer for our campers. These are free to use and are located in the Pond field. We also sell bagged ice, and we stock a good supply of fresh, chilled & frozen products.
We allow fire pits on the campsite providing they are small, contained, raised off the ground and are used sensibly. We reserve the right to ban Firepits and/or BBQs during dry, hot or windy weather conditions.
If you don’t have your own, we have a limited number of fire pits available to hire from the farm shop.
Seasoned wood only to be burnt. This is available from the Farm Shop. Firewood obtained from surrounding woodland is strictly prohibited.
If you don’t fancy cooking, pop down to our resident food vendor (varies throughout the year). Based in Pond Field, they serve delicious breakfast, dinners and hot drinks. Seasonal opening hours apply – contact us for more info!

Fishing Pond
Campers staying at Norden get free and exclusive access to the fishing pond.
It is located just behind the facilities block in the aptly-named Pond Field. Here you may find carp, rudd, tench and bream.
You might also spot ducks, geese and moorhens.
The following rules apply:
• No keep nets
• No ground bait
• Barbless hooks only
Bait is not sold on site but Spam often does the trick and is available to purchase from the farm shop!

Farm Shop
Open every day all year, Norden Farm Shop is exceptionally well-stocked and has a huge variety of camping goods plus a great selection of local produce.

Posted on AndyF1tz Top site All ways round, this is a super campsite. Great reception by friendly staff, really good facilities (the lovely warm showers were especially welcome), fab shop on site, and a lovely friendly vibe. We'll definitely be back; thank you Norden Farm!Posted on suziQEssex Lovely Stay We had a lovely 4 night stay at Norden Farm at the beginning of October in our Motorhome. Coming to the end of the season we had our site more or less to ourselves although there were more people on the other sites who were very friendly and repeat visitors which is always a good sign . This a big site on a working farm where there are so many nice walks to explore the surroundings plus play areas for children. Great facilities - washing area may look a bit old fashioned but dont be fooled . Excellent - spacious , spotless and powerful , hot showers . The site has a lovely shop with everything you need - from locally resourced food , lovely gifts and doggie stuff plus a beautiful small garden centre . The site is perfect for exploring the local area from walks and it was so easy to get the bus to Poole , Swanage etc as bus stop is right outside . It is also a short walk to Corfe Castle where there are a couple of pubs - we visited the Fox which was lovely Some people have commented that the site is overly strict which is ridiculous - this is a working farm with high standards of animal husbandry . It was very sad to hear from a very nice member of staff that a goat had been mauled by a dog ( we saw her - her poor ear was bitten off) because of irresponsible people who cant supervise their children or dog. Good for Norden Farm !! Really enjoyed our stay despite the weather and highly recommend 5*plus . Big shout out to Mr Chips and Sausage - the friendly goats who made our visit !!Posted on Mollymahome Best facilities we have ever seen in the UK. Nice campsite. Fantastic, spotless facilities. Great to meet wardens Sharon and Steve. We only stayed one night as we were passing through to visit Corfe Castle. Wonderful to hear the Sika Deer calling out as it was during the rutting season. Lisa and NeilPosted on Caroline A A fantastic find! Great site. Mainly level grass pitches with electric hook-ups. No hardstandings. On a working farm but with a large exercise field where dogs can be let off lead. Plenty of footpaths from site. Excellent facilities which are kept spotlessly clean. Best showers on any campsite that we have visited so far. Brilliant farm shop on site which is well stocked as open all year even once campsite closes st end of October. Bus stop out side main entrance . Easy access to Swanage or Poole. Only slight negative, watch out for the peacock poo! Torches essential at night. An easy 20 minute fairly level walk to Corfe Castle and the Swanage railway is also nearby. Hope to return.Posted on madawan t Amazing food from the bap box! And great views from the campsite! john dale Very good campsite, well thought out well run, with a friendly team of people. Great walks, bus services right outside campsite. Brilliant on-site shop, hot clean showers what more could you need. Roy Doust We originally booked 3 nights stay in our motorhome the staff are excellent the location is great we changed our stay to 4 nights. Corfe Castle and Village are around 20 min stroll and the Village is beautiful. Bus stops tight outside farm entrance so we went o poole, Wareham and Swanage, definatly recommend this site and we will return W. Y. A wonderful Farm, very nice! Neil 1313 If you are in the Wareham or Swanage area, as well as camping and room accommodation, the Norden Farm Shop is fabulous: not just all your camping needs, but a great range of food and gifts, from fridge magnets to local butter, and French onions, garlic and shallots, and vine tomatoes to a lovely range of plants. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Various fouls wandering around are also entertaining..... Julia Davy Great dog friendly campsite with spacious pitches and clean facilities. It's an easy walk into Corfe Castle along a track away from the road and an excellent onsite farm shop for all your needs - and more!Google rating score: 4.6 of 5, based on 848 reviews
