The maximum group size is 4 pitches. Any group exceeding this limit, whether booked individually or as a group, will be cancelled.
Please be aware there is a cancellation charge of £30 per pitch.
It is important that we have individual pitch details when filling out the group booking form, please do not duplicate details. Any form submitted with duplicated details will be rejected.
Motorbikes and commercial vehicles are only accepted at the discretion of the management, please contact us prior to making any booking.
Whilst we will try to do our best to fulfill all requests, we are unable to guarantee requests or confirm pitch numbers until your arrival to the site. Please remember that we are an all-grass site and do not have any hard standing pitches.

Check in time for arrivals is now 1pm. No arrivals prior to this will be accepted.
For the safety of all children, push bikes are now only to be ridden on grass areas. All gravel and tarmac roads are not to be used.
