GROUP BOOKING REQUEST FORM

We do accept a limited number of group bookings at Norden Farm. To avoid lengthy phone calls, please complete the request form below to provide all the details we need.

Any group of more than 4 pitches should contact our reception directly before completing the form below.

Our seasonal opening times often depend on the weather. Because of this, online bookings cannot be accepted in March. Please phone reception on 01929 480098 to discuss group bookings in March or on bank holidays or school summer holidays, or if you have any other questions.

Once the form is sent, we will be in touch within 48 hours.

A £30 deposit is required for each pitch booked. The booking is not confirmed until the deposits have been paid.

Do you require an electric hook-up?*
In mid and high season, electric and non-electric pitches are separated. Top Field is our non-electric field available for tents and camper vans not exceeding 18ft/5.5m with no overhead cabs. All other units must book and pay for a serviced pitch, whether or not they require EHU. For season dates please see our tariff.

Non-electric pitches can have a second extra. If you are selecting a second car, please remember to put the car registration in the additional notes section. There is no limit on optional extras for non-electric pitches, so if you are bringing more than two extras, please mention this in the additional notes.
